Baby, Toddler, and Child Sleep
“Should I let my baby cry it out, so that she learns to sleep through the night?” “Should I comfort him immediately when he fusses at 4 A.M. so that we ALL get back to sleep ASAP?” “If I put her to bed later, will she stop waking up at the crack of dawn?” “Will my toddler sleep better in a big kid bed?”
Believe me, I’ve been there.
My baby soooo cute!
…especially after a REAL nap.
I know what it’s like to be exhausted and overwhelmed - both by your child’s sleep problems and by the overabundance of information (conflicting more times than not) out there on how to handle them. “Sleep train now, before it gets worse.” “Be patient. It’ll work itself out.” It’s so hard to cut through those many well-meaning voices - your friends, your mother-in-law, your favorite blogger, that “helpful” stranger at the grocery store.
I’m here to help you craft a plan for healthy sleep that takes into account your family’s unique environment, temperaments, and parenting style. I’m here to help you find your confidence in parenting. I’m your family’s personal cheerleader and your child’s #1 fan. We’ll happily ignore every “should” we’ve ever heard on the playground or across the internet, using tried-and-true strategies and personalized action plans to make your family as happy, healthy, and well-rested as possible.
It might seem impossible to you now, but better sleep is on the horizon.
Because no two families are identical, there is no one sleep training method that fits every situation. In fact, many of my clients never end up “sleep training” because we find and resolve the root cause of the “sleep” problems without having to go down that path. I believe that everyone deserves the gift of sound sleep, so I will customize a coaching program that meets your specific needs and budget. Depending on where you’re located, coaching can occur by phone, email, Skype, in person, or via text - distance is not an issue!
