Family yoga is a light-hearted and peaceful way to move together mindfully, and most importantly, to have some family FUN! This class is designed for children ages 3-8 and their parent(s), but siblings of any age are welcome. Kid-friendly yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques will inspire everyone to find the child and peace within. This bonding class is open to extended family members and caregivers too.
Lots of giggles, snuggles, and silliness are expected! Healthy habits are developed early in life, so come show your little one(s) how fun it is to move and breathe together.
