This class creates a supportive community where prenatal women can breathe, relax, move, and connect with each other and their babies-to-be. The focus of this class will be on breathing, relaxation, stretching, and muscle toning to help you prepare for labor. Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to honor the life growing within you and yourself. Drop-ins always welcome.
