Little kids' yoga (for kids around 3-8 years old) provides a nurturing atmosphere for little yogis to relax and have fun, while learning and benefiting from the basics of yoga. This class utilizes story-telling, props, singing, dancing and games to facilitate yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.
Every child age 5 and under needs an adult yoga buddy to participate. Parents, grandparents, caregivers and friends are all welcome. Healthy habits are developed early in life, so come show your little one(s) how fun it is to move and breathe together.
Lots of giggles and goofiness are expected!
