      <image:caption>Founder and Lead Sleep Coach Liz Harden, MPH is the founder and lead sleep coach at Little Dipper Wellness. She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education from UNC–Chapel Hill and is a certified sleep coach and mindfulness instructor. With over a decade of experience, Liz supports families with tailored, evidence-based sleep coaching and provides education and training for pediatric providers and early intervention teams. Liz and her team provide flexible, inclusive, evidence-based sleep coaching and education for parents and of kiddos, from newborns through grade school and beyond. She also leads professional training, continuing education in sleep education and mentors aspiring sleep coaches. Known for creating the Mindful Method for Sleep™, Liz’s process equips parents with what nearly all sleep programs miss: the mindset tools and scientific insight they need to thrive and confidently set the stage for peaceful nap times and bedtimes. She shaped this approach drawing from her Masters in Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education from UNC-Chapel Hill, a certification from the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants, multiple certifications in yoga (including kids’ yoga), and years working with The Baby Sleep Site and Huckleberry, the expert sleep app. Today, as an advocate for all tired humans, Liz is passionate about helping all families discover the magic of stellar sleep regardless of income level or background. Liz currently lives in Chapel Hill, NC, with her two kiddos who sleep well now but definitely didn’t come by it naturally. Her family also one adorable kitten, Hazelnut, whose meowing thankfully doesn’t keep everybody awake.</image:caption>

Motherhood has been one of the most amazing things that has happened to her and since her son Ignacio was born in 2019, she's become even more passionate about child development and all that it involves.
