The North Star Solution™
Helping families discover stellar sleep
Pediatric Sleep Support, From a Pediatric Sleep Expert Who Listens.
You've read the books. You've tried the advice from well-meaning friends, Google, maybe even another program. And you're still exhausted, still troubleshooting at 2am, still not sure what's actually going to work for your kid.
If you're ready for a plan built around your actual child and your real life, I've got your back every step of the way.
Here's what you'll get with your North Star Solution:
1. 45-Minute Sleep Strategy Session with Liz
We start with a deep dive into your child's sleep, your family's needs, and what's going on in your unique household. Because sleep doesn't happen in isolation, we look at the whole family system: the caregivers in the home, siblings, and the rhythms of your daily life. You'll leave with real, personalized guidance from someone who has seen it all, and we'll continue to refine and adjust together throughout your 60 days of support based on how your child is actually responding.
2. Custom Stellar Sleep Guide for Your Family
We know that when you're exhausted, making decisions feels extra hard. That's why we give you something tangible to hold onto: a comprehensive, personalized sleep plan built specifically for your child, with evidence-based strategies matched to their unique needs and your family's values.
3. 60 Days of Expert Support
Implementation is where most families get stuck, so I'll be right by your side. Many families start seeing improvement within just a few days. And for those moments when you need a little extra reassurance or troubleshooting, I've got you covered for a full 60 days.
Your 60-day support includes:
Office hours: Tuesday and Wednesday, one 15-minute check-in per week, self-scheduled whenever you need it
Email support: Email whenever you'd like, and I'll respond Monday or Thursday. If there's a lot to work through, I'll follow up with a quick call so we can talk it out together rather than trying to cover it all in writing.
Sleep resource library: Access to my full library of sleep resources, delivered throughout your coaching journey as relevant to your family's needs
BONUS: Calm & Confident, A Guided Meditation for Parents
A recorded meditation designed specifically to help you feel calm, grounded, and confident as you begin this journey. Because when you feel calm and confident, your child feels it too. If you book The North Star Solution within 7 days, you'll receive this bonus gift.
It's not too late. Wherever you're starting from, there's a path forward, and you don't have to figure it out alone.
THE INVESTMENT: $500
Pay in full, or in two simple payments of $250. We take on a limited number of private clients each month, so reach out now if you're curious about help.

What Families are Saying About Working with Little Dipper Sleep
“Liz has an incredible talent for meeting her clients where they’re at. Liz worked with us to develop a gentle plan that we were all comfortable with. Without any crying or resistance, our baby started sleeping through the night.”
Michelle D., Ann Arbor, MI“She worked with our comfort level and our preferences for how we wanted to care for our son, and always helped me feel more optimistic and in control in what had become a really challenging time.”
Carson H., Durham, NCSleep coaching with Little Dipper is a good fit if you’re dealing with :
Frequent night wakings — We address sleep foundations, age-appropriate schedules, and sleep associations
Bedtime battles and/or nap resistance — We focus on nervous system regulation, connection, and gentle limit-setting
Split nights — We uncover the root cause and implement evidence-based strategies to consolidate nighttime sleep
Neurodivergent child (ADHD, autism, SPD) — We use sensory-aware, regulation-focused strategies tailored to your child’s wiring
Early morning wakings — We troubleshoot schedules, sleep environment, and circadian rhythm alignment
Short naps — We address wake windows, sleep pressure, and independent sleep skills
Parental anxiety or overwhelm — We incorporate mindfulness, co-regulation, and support for your nervous system
Sleep training feels wrong or hasn’t worked, even with other sleep coaches — We offer flexible approaches that respect your comfort level and have resolved many sleep issues that other agencies have not been able to solve
Adult insomnia or perimenopause sleep issues — We use CBT-I and mindfulness techniques for chronic and situational sleep disruption. Sometime adults reach out to us on their own, sometimes parental sleep problems linger after the child’s is resolved. Either way, the whole family deserves stellar sleep!

Frequently Asked Questions

I recommend focusing fully on one child's sleep at a time. Trying to run two plans at once is hard on the whole family, and it tends to slow down progress for both kids rather than speed it up. That said, I know sleep is a whole-family thing, so for $250, I can add a second child into your email support and office hours for the rest of our time together. If you'd like a dedicated strategy session and guide for each child, two full North Star Solutions is the way to go.
-
Many of the families I work with come to me after another approach didn't land, whether that was an online course, a book, or another sleep coach entirely. Maybe the method felt wrong, maybe it wasn't built for your child's needs, maybe it just didn't work. If that's you, you're in exactly the right place. And if you're just getting started and want to do this well from day one, you're in the right place too. It's not too late. Wherever you're starting from, there's a path forward, and you don't have to figure it out alone.
-
No. There's no single required method here, and we never assume cry-it-out is the answer. Every plan is built around your child's needs and your comfort level, from gentle, parent-present approaches to more structured methods, depending on what actually fits your family. We'll talk through your values on our very first call so the plan reflects how you want to parent, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Also, we consider the whole child and all of the variables in your household and family that impact sleep. This holistic approach, combined with evidence-based strategies, brings the best possible results.
-
Many of the families we work with have children with sensory needs, ADHD, autism, or other complexities that standard sleep advice doesn't address, or they've already tried an approach that wasn't built for their child. Whether your child's needs are straightforward or more complicated, you'll get a plan built around what's actually true for your family.
-
That worry is completely normal, and it doesn't mean you're not ready. Part of my job during our 60 days together is helping you stay on track when things get hard, through office hours, email support, and real troubleshooting when progress feels slow or a setback happens. You're not doing this alone, and progress isn't expected to be perfectly linear.
-
We work with families at all ages and stages: Newborns through school-age children, teens, and beyond. Whether you're navigating your baby's first few months or troubleshooting bedtime battles with a school-aged kid, the North Star Solution is built around your child's actual age and stage.
Note: we also have programs for adults, including perinatal and perimenopausal sleep, insomnia, and stress-related sleep disturbances.
-
Fully virtual. You get an expert who can dig deep into your specific situation from anywhere, without needing to coordinate schedules around a home visit. We work with families across the country and internationally, all through video calls, email, phone, and text.
-
I don't offer refunds once services have been rendered. What I can tell you is that I'm a small business with a reputation I care deeply about, and if you're not happy with your experience, I want to know. Let's figure out what's not working and how to make it right.
