Supporting Stellar Sleep: Evidence-Based Sleep Education for Family-Centered Professionals
Integrate evidence-based sleep guidance into your existing practice—no certification required.
Sleep challenges derail progress. You know it. Families know it.
Sleep shows up in nearly every case—affecting feeding, regulation, development, and family wellbeing. Parents ask you about it constantly.
But most providers never receive formal training on how to address pediatric sleep beyond generic "sleep hygiene" advice that doesn't work for real families.
You don't need to become a sleep coach to help families sleep better.
Supporting Stellar Sleep is a 6-week professional development program that gives you practical, evidence-based frameworks you can use immediately in your existing practice.
Whether you're an OT, SLP, PT, doula, nurse, educator, or other family-centered professional—this training equips you to confidently guide families through sleep challenges while staying within your scope of practice.
Here's what Supporting Stellar Sleep will do for your practice:
For Your Clients:
Better sleep means better regulation, focus, and progress across all developmental domains
Families save time and money by getting evidence-based guidance directly from you—no need to search for (or afford) expensive sleep coaches
Improved outcomes in feeding, motor skills, learning, and behavior when sleep barriers are addressed
Parents feel supported by a trusted provider who understands their whole situation
For You:
Feel confident when sleep questions come up—no more hesitation or second-guessing
Improve client outcomes across every domain of your work
Provide high-quality, personalized sleep guidance that actually works for real families
Stay within your scope with clear, ethical frameworks designed for providers
Save session time by addressing sleep efficiently instead of letting it derail progress
Stand out professionally with confidence and skills in an area most providers avoid
Possible CEU credits available (inquire about your specific profession)
The default recommendations—"sleep hygiene" and "cry it out"—aren't enough. Supporting Stellar Sleep gives you everything you need to provide effective, evidence-based, gentle sleep solutions to the families you serve.

WHAT PROVIDERS ARE SAYING
"I loved learning from Liz and would highly recommend this training to anyone working with babies or children and their caregivers! As a child psychologist-in-training, I appreciated her focus on research and evidence-based techniques. I feel better able to help families navigate sleep challenges during early childhood. I will use the sleep education I learned to better serve my clients."
— Gemma Stern, PhD, Child Psychologist
"As an early childhood educator for 10+ years, I thought I knew it all as a new parent. But I soon learned I knew nothing about sleep. The conflicting information out there is maddening.
Then I found Little Dipper and it changed our lives forever.
Liz's flexible approach and evidence-based guidance were exactly what I needed. I became so passionate about sleep that I joined her training program to deepen my knowledge and better support the families I work with. If you want practical, compassionate sleep education you can actually use in your practice, this is it."
— Nidia Salazar, Early Childhood Educator

FAQs
Is this training within my scope of practice?
1
Yes! Supporting Stellar Sleep is specifically designed to help you integrate sleep education into your current role without stepping outside your scope. You're not diagnosing sleep disorders or becoming a sleep coach—you're learning how to address sleep as it impacts your existing work, whether that's feeding, regulation, development, or family wellness.
Will I receive Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)?
2
We're actively pursuing CE accreditation for OT, SLP, PT, nursing, doulas, and other professions. Email us to inquire about your specific credential, and we'll notify you when accreditation is approved.
What’s the time committment?
3
6 weeks with weekly 2-hour live sessions (or watch recordings on your schedule). Expect 2-3 hours per week including class time, self-study, and optional assignments. The format is designed to be manageable for busy professionals.
Can I take this training if I want to become a professional Sleep Coach?
4
This training focuses on integrating sleep into your existing practice, not launching a sleep coaching business. If you're interested in becoming a certified sleep coach, please email us—we're developing a certification track for future launch.
Do you offer payment plans?
5
Yes! Payment plans are available at no additional cost. Email us to set up a plan that works for your budget.
Is there a money back guarantee?
6
Yes! We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back policy. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your investment.
How is this different from other trainings?
7
Most sleep trainings are either surface-level (basic sleep hygiene only) or expensive certifications ($3,000-$5,000+) designed to launch sleep coaching businesses. Supporting Stellar Sleep is affordable ($295), designed specifically for providers who want to enhance their current practice and provides mentorship—not just recorded videos.
Can you train my entire team or organization?
8
Absolutely! We offer custom group trainings with discounted rates for organizations. Contact us to discuss your team's needs.

Meet Liz Harden, MPH
Hi, I'm Liz, and I believe that every human deserves stellar sleep.
I founded Little Dipper Sleep to provide flexible, inclusive, evidence-based sleep coaching to families—and to equip family-centered providers with the tools they need to address sleep challenges in their own practices.
I shaped my approach with my Masters in Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education from UNC-Chapel Hill, multiple certifications in yoga and mindfulness, and years working with The Baby Sleep Site and Huckleberry (the AI sleep app). Over the past decade, I've helped hundreds of families discover better sleep—and trained providers across the country and globe.
At Little Dipper, we're passionate about making sleep education accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford private sleep coaching. Through partnerships with nonprofits, community organizations, and providers such as you, we're working toward a future where quality sleep is the norm, not the exception.
I live in Chapel Hill, NC, with my two kiddos who sleep well now, but have definitely required some coaching over the years! My family also includes a cat named Hazelnut, whose meowing only occasionally wakes us up in the night.
If you're ready to help families sleep better, I'd love to work with you.
