Clear guidance and a personalized sleep plan to help your family move forward with confidence.

All ages: newborns through school-aged children and beyond

Your package includes:

  • Your family's custom Stellar Sleep Guide (a personalized plan built around your child, your values, and your real life)

  • Up to 5 coaching sessions (90 minutes of live coaching time, scheduled based on your progress)

What Happens After You Book?

For the North Star and Big Dipper Packages:

You'll complete an intake questionnaire so we understand your sleep history, routines, goals, and challenges.

We'll meet for your first session and build your family's custom Stellar Sleep Guide together -- a personalized sleep plan rooted in your conversation, your values, and your real life. Your guide will be in your hands within 1 business day after your first session.

From there, you'll implement the plan with ongoing support via email and follow-up sessions, adapting as needed based on your progress.

Most families see improvement within 1-2 weeks, with typical engagement lasting 4-6 weeks over 3-5 sessions totaling 90 minutes of live coaching time.

You're never doing this alone -- you'll have expert guidance every step of the way.

For the Stellar Sleep Guide:

You'll complete a detailed intake questionnaire covering your child's sleep history, routines, schedule, and your family's values and preferences.

Using your intake responses, we'll create your family's custom Stellar Sleep Guide and deliver it to you within 1-2 business days -- no session required.

Our sleep coaching packages range from $150 for a single coaching session to $595 for comprehensive support with unlimited email access. Most families choose the North Star Package at $395.

How many sessions will I need?

Most families use 3-4 sessions over 4-6 weeks, totaling 90 minutes of live coaching time. We offer up to 5 sessions for flexibility so you can schedule follow-ups as needed based on your progress.

What does a sleep coach do?

A sleep coach (also called a sleep consultant) provides personalized guidance to help families and individuals improve sleep. We assess your current situation, create your family's custom Stellar Sleep Guide, and provide ongoing support as you implement changes. Unlike generic sleep training programs, we tailor our approach to each person's unique needs and values.

What if my child is neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, SPD)?

Sleep coaching for neurodivergent children is one of our specialties. We understand sensory needs, nervous system regulation, and the individualized sleep challenges that come with ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences. Your child’s unique wiring will always be respected, and we’ll create strategies that work WITH their nervous system, not against it.

What approaches do you use?

We offer the full spectrum of evidence-based sleep strategies. Together, we’ll choose the approach that fits your parenting style, your child’s temperament, and your family’s real life. During our intro call, we’ll discuss what feels right for your family. You’re always in control of the approach, and we’ll never pressure you toward methods that don’t align with your values.

What if I’ve already tried sleep training and it didn’t work?

If you're feeling discouraged, that makes sense. Generic sleep training programs often fail because they don't account for your child's specific temperament, developmental stage, or your family's real-life needs.

Liz and her team specialize in exactly these situations. With a Master's degree in Health Behavior and Health Education and over a decade of clinical experience, Liz has built a practice around solving the sleep challenges that other coaches couldn't crack. If anything, a complicated history makes us more determined to find what actually works for your family.

Can you help with adult insomnia or perimenopause sleep issues?

Yes! We offer sleep coaching for adults experiencing chronic insomnia, perimenopause-related sleep disruption, prenatal insomnia, and stress-related sleep problems. We use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and mindfulness techniques.

Do you offer virtual sleep coaching?

Yes! All of our sleep coaching packages are available virtually via video call. We serve families and individuals worldwide. In-home consultations are also available for families within 60 minutes of Chapel Hill, NC.

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale pricing?

Yes. We believe quality sleep is a human right, and cost should never be a barrier. We offer sliding scale pricing and payment plans for folks with true financial need.
